Registration

 

What You Need:

  • Completed Registration Form and Signed Liability Waiver
  • Be sure to include a valid e-mail address since the majority of the studio communication will be done via e-mail. This will also be your log-in on our website and calendar system.
  • A registration fee of $15 per student or $20 per family is required to reserve your class space (non refundable).
  • Select the payment method that works for you and include your tuition.

Payment Options

 

*For your convenience, there are two methods of payment from which you can choose:

 

1. The entire fall/winter/spring balance can be paid in full upon registration

2. The entire fall/winter/spring balance can be divided into a payment plan of 10 monthly installments. The first installment is due upon registration.

  • Tuition is due by the 10th of each month

(10 payments total)

  • We accept Cash, Checks (make payable to Lights, Camera, Dancin’), and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover)

 

Please Remember…

 

*Add a late fee of $10 for any payments made after the 10th of each month. If you do not add the late fee, it will be added into your next month’s tuition-NO EXCEPTIONS (A notice will be put up every month in the studio lobby on the week tuition is due-Statements are not mailed home, unless your account becomes past due

 

*Dancers will be automatically re-enrolled into their classes unless we are otherwise notified in writing from the parent.

 

*There will be a $25 charge for all returned checks.
